Employee Benefits - Work Life
TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
We are dedicated to providing
personal and professional
development opportunities for our
employees. The Tuition Assistance
Program provides reimbursement up to
a maximum of $5,000 in tuition and
registration fees, for a maximum of
18 credits per year, for
undergraduate and graduate level
courses. This benefit is available
to employees who are full-time, in
good standing, and have completed
six months of continuous employment.
Life Insurance
An employee is eligible to
participate in the Life Insurance
Plan the first of the month
following one month of employment if
he/she is budgeted to work at least
15 hours per week.
Life Insurance Options include:
- Basic Life and Accidental Death
and Dismemberment Insurance –
Provides coverage of two times your
annual salary at no cost to the
employee. Coverage amounts above
$750,000 require medical
underwriting. Maximum coverage
limitations apply.
- Voluntary Life Insurance –
Provides the employee with the
option of purchasing additional
coverage up to three times his/her
annual salary. Maximum coverage
limitations apply.
- Voluntary Dependent Life Insurance
– Provides the employee with the
option of purchasing life insurance
for his/her spouse and/or child(ren).

Voluntary Accidental Death and
Dismemberment Insurance –
Provides the employee with the
option of purchasing additional
coverage for himself/herself,
his/her spouse and/or child(ren).
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program is
offered through MHNet and provides
employees and their immediate family
members with free, confidential
assistance to help resolve problems
that affect their personal lives or
job performance, including medical,
financial, marital, substance abuse,
mental health, and family problems.
Travel Accident Insurance
Full-time employees who travel on
authorized company business and away
from their place of employment are
eligible for accidental death and
dismemberment benefits in the amount
of $250,000.
