Experience in LTC setting preferred. Four units of certified clinical pastoral education required. Theological counseling and administrative background necessary. Compassionate presence & ability to enhance the Catholic identity and mission of the Bon Secours Sisters required. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills necessary.
